TAMER4X4 Limited Warranty Policy

Effective Date: August 2026

At TAMER4X4, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products.

Our components are engineered around a premium OEM+ philosophy, combining advanced materials, precision manufacturing, and careful attention to fitment and finish. We are committed to providing off-road enthusiasts with products designed to perform as intended under normal and reasonably foreseeable use.

TAMER4X4-branded products are backed by a Two-Year Limited Product Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, together with a One-Year Limited Finish Warranty covering qualifying defects in the original factory-applied finish.

This Limited Warranty applies to eligible TAMER4X4-branded products purchased directly from TAMER4X4 or through an authorized TAMER4X4 dealer or retailer.

Warranty at a Glance

Two-Year Limited Product Warranty
Covers qualifying defects in materials and workmanship for two (2) years from the original date of purchase.

One-Year Limited Finish Warranty
Covers qualifying defects in the original factory-applied finish for one (1) year from the original date of purchase.

1. Two-Year Limited Product Warranty

TAMER4X4 warrants to the original retail purchaser that eligible TAMER4X4-branded products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal and intended use for a period of two (2) years from the original date of purchase.

Limitation on implied warranties. To the extent permitted by applicable law, all implied warranties, including the implied warranty of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the duration of this express limited warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

What Is Covered

Subject to inspection and confirmation by TAMER4X4, covered defects may include:

· Defects in materials that materially affect the intended function of the product

· Manufacturing defects

· Structural defects resulting from defective materials or workmanship

· Defects in carbon fiber or composite construction resulting from the manufacturing process

· Manufacturing or machining defects affecting intended product functionality

· Defects in mounting components attributable to manufacturing workmanship

· Other verified defects in materials or workmanship determined by TAMER4X4 to be covered under this Limited Warranty

This warranty covers manufacturing defects. It does not constitute a guarantee against damage resulting from use, impact, misuse, modification, or other conditions outside the manufacturing process.

2. What Is Not Covered by the Product Warranty

The Two-Year Limited Product Warranty does not cover damage, deterioration, or failure caused by any of the following:

Installation and Modification

· Incorrect or improper installation

· Failure to follow TAMER4X4 installation instructions

· Improperly installed, loose, or incorrectly torqued hardware

· Installation on a vehicle model, model year, trim, or configuration that is not expressly listed as compatible in TAMER4X4’s published fitment guide at the time of purchase

· Unauthorized modification or alteration of the product

· Cutting, drilling, grinding, welding, reshaping, or other modification of the product

· Improper repair or maintenance

· Installation or use in a manner inconsistent with the product’s intended purpose

Off-Road, Impact, and External Damage

TAMER4X4 products are designed for enthusiasts and vehicles that may be used in demanding environments. Normal intended off-road use does not, by itself, void this warranty.

However, the warranty does not cover damage caused by external forces or physical impact, including:

· Rock strikes

· Trail obstacles

· Road debris

· Collision or accident

· Rollover

· Impact damage

· Crushing or deformation caused by external forces

· Damage resulting from improper recovery operations

· Damage caused by misuse or abusive vehicle operation

Such damage is considered use-related or external damage rather than a manufacturing defect.

Vehicle or Third-Party Component Damage

The warranty does not cover:

· Damage caused by another vehicle component

· Damage caused by an aftermarket component manufactured by another company

· Pre-existing vehicle damage

· Damage resulting from prior vehicle modifications

· Vehicle manufacturing tolerances or conditions outside TAMER4X4’s control

· Damage caused by incompatible wheels, tires, suspension systems, bumpers, carriers, or other aftermarket equipment

Normal Wear and Environmental Exposure

The warranty does not cover:

· Normal wear and tear

· Scratches

· Chips

· Abrasion

· Surface marks caused by normal use

· Cosmetic deterioration resulting from normal use

· Damage caused by chemicals or corrosive substances

· Damage caused by road salt or de-icing chemicals

· Damage caused by marine or highly corrosive environments

· Damage caused by improper cleaning products or abrasive cleaning methods

· Damage caused by natural disasters or other events beyond TAMER4X4’s reasonable control

3. One-Year Limited Finish Warranty

TAMER4X4 warrants the original factory-applied finish of eligible TAMER4X4-branded products against qualifying defects in the original finish application for one (1) year from the original date of purchase.

Depending on the product, the original finish may include clear coat, paint, powder coating, or another factory-applied surface treatment.

What Is Covered

Subject to inspection and confirmation by TAMER4X4, covered finish defects may include:

· Premature peeling

· Blistering

· Flaking

· Loss of adhesion caused by a manufacturing defect

· Other verified defects in the original factory-applied finish

What Is Not Covered

The Finish Warranty does not cover:

· Rock chips

· Scratches

· Dents

· Abrasion

· Trail rash

· Impact damage

· Damage caused by installation or maintenance tools

· Damage caused by chemicals or harsh cleaning products

· Damage caused by abrasive cleaning methods

· Corrosion caused by road salt, de-icing chemicals, or corrosive environments

· Corrosion originating from a chipped, scratched, or otherwise damaged surface

· Normal fading

· Normal discoloration

· Normal weathering

· Normal wear and tear

· Damage resulting from modification or alteration of the product

· Damage resulting from improper maintenance or care

Carbon Fiber Finish and Weave Characteristics

Carbon fiber is a precision composite material, and minor variations in weave alignment, texture, tone, or surface appearance may occur as part of the manufacturing and finishing process.

Minor variations that do not materially affect the product‘s intended function, structural integrity, or safety are considered normal characteristics. Variations exceeding industry-standard tolerances for carbon fiber composite manufacturing shall be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

4. Warranty Eligibility

This Limited Warranty applies to eligible TAMER4X4-branded products purchased:

· Directly from TAMER4X4; or

· Through an authorized TAMER4X4 dealer or retailer

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, warranty coverage is available to the original retail purchaser and begins on the original date of purchase.

The warranty is not transferable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

TAMER4X4 may require reasonable proof of purchase, including:

· Order number

· Receipt

· Invoice

· Purchase confirmation

· Other documentation reasonably establishing the original purchase

The warranty applies only to genuine TAMER4X4-branded products.

5. How to Submit a Warranty Claim

Please provide the following information:

· Original order number or proof of purchase

· Product name

· Vehicle year, make, model, and trim, where applicable

· Detailed description of the issue

· Clear photographs showing the affected area

· Photographs showing the overall product

· Photographs showing the installed product and relevant mounting areas

· Any other information reasonably requested by TAMER4X4

TAMER4X4 may request additional information, including:

· Additional photographs

· Video of the issue

· Installation details

· Measurements

· Product specifications

· Vehicle configuration information

· Inspection of the product

· Return of the affected product or component

Customers should not dispose of, modify, repair, or otherwise alter a product that is the subject of a warranty claim before TAMER4X4 has had a reasonable opportunity to inspect and evaluate the issue.

Submitting a warranty claim does not automatically establish warranty coverage. TAMER4X4 will determine whether the issue qualifies for coverage after reviewing the available information and, where appropriate, inspecting the product.

6. Warranty Evaluation

TAMER4X4 will review each warranty claim individually.

Where necessary, TAMER4X4 may request that the affected product or component be returned for inspection.

Customers may be responsible for securely packaging and shipping the product as instructed by TAMER4X4. TAMER4X4 is not responsible for products lost or damaged during return shipment when the shipment is arranged by the customer, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Customers should retain shipment tracking information and proof of shipment for any product returned for warranty evaluation.

A warranty claim will be considered covered only when TAMER4X4 determines that the issue resulted from a qualifying defect in materials or workmanship.

7. Warranty Remedies

If TAMER4X4 determines that a product defect is covered by this Limited Warranty, TAMER4X4 will provide an appropriate remedy as required by applicable law.

Depending on the nature of the defect, the remedy may include:

· Repair of the affected product or component

· Replacement of the affected component

· Replacement of the product with the same or a reasonably equivalent product

· Refund or other remedy where appropriate or required by applicable law

TAMER4X4 may use new, refurbished, or functionally equivalent components where permitted by applicable law and appropriate to the warranty claim.

Replacement of an entire product is not required when the covered defect can reasonably be corrected through repair or replacement of the affected component, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

8. Costs Not Covered by This Warranty

Except where otherwise required by applicable law, this Limited Warranty covers the warranted TAMER4X4 product itself and does not cover separate costs associated with installation, removal, diagnosis, transportation, or third-party services.

Examples of costs not covered may include:

· Installation labor

· Removal labor

· Reinstallation labor

· Shop labor

· Diagnostic fees

· Towing

· Vehicle transportation

· Rental vehicles

· Travel expenses

· Vehicle downtime

· Loss of use

· Loss of income or profits

· Damage to unrelated vehicle components

· Other incidental or consequential expenses

 Disclaimer of consequential damages. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tamer4x4 shall not be liable for any incidental, special, indirect, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of profits, or damage to unrelated vehicle components. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

9. Third-Party Products

Products manufactured by third parties and sold or distributed by TAMER4X4 are not covered by the TAMER4X4 Limited Warranty unless expressly stated otherwise.

Such products are subject to the applicable manufacturer’s warranty, if any.

Warranty coverage, claim procedures, and available remedies for third-party products are determined by the original manufacturer.

10. No Automatic Exclusion for Third-Party Parts

Nothing in this Limited Warranty is intended to deny coverage solely because a customer has used a third-party part or service.

However, damage caused by an incompatible, defective, improperly installed, or improperly configured third-party component is not covered under this warranty.

Any determination of warranty coverage will be based on the cause of the claimed defect and the specific circumstances of the claim, subject to applicable law.

11. Additional Legal Rights

This Limited Warranty provides specific legal rights. Customers may also have additional rights and remedies under applicable federal, state, or local law.

Nothing in this Limited Warranty is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any warranty, right, remedy, or protection that cannot legally be excluded, restricted, or modified under applicable law.

Where applicable law provides rights or remedies that differ from or exceed those described in this Limited Warranty, those rights and remedies will apply to the extent required by law.

State-Specific Rights. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts. If any provision of this Limited Warranty is found to be unenforceable under applicable state law, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

California Residents: For consumer products sold in California, the duration of any implied warranty shall be the shorter of the duration of this express limited warranty or the period permitted by California Civil Code Section 1791 et seq.
